Cancelation policy: All appointments, except those due to illness, canceled or rescheduled within 24hrs will be charged 100%.   

COVID-19 Policy: If you or a member of your household are experiencing Cold or Flu like symptoms, we ask that you kindly reschedule your appointment to a time when you or your household are feeling well and recovered. 
There will be no charge for late cancelations due to illness. 

Acupuncture - This over 5000 year old form of medicine can help to balance the body and enhance overall well-being. Non-invasive techniques are used to access the bodies Qi, energy system, to help balance the various Systems in the body.  

Colorpuncture - Esogetic Colorpuncture is a non-invasive form of acupuncture developed in Germany by Peter Mandel. Colorpuncture uses Esogetic colored light crystal therapy instead of needles to bring about balance within the meridian system.

Reiki -  A Japanese energy healing technique developed by Mikao Usui. Reiki uses gentle hand movements to guide the flow of healthy energy through the body to bring about balance.

CranioSacral - CranioSacral therapy, developed by Dr. John Upleder, uses gentle touch to release tension in the central nervous system. It focuses on reducing fascial restrictions in the head and body by using a light hands on healing technique.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage - Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle rhythmic massage focused on increasing the circulation of lymph fluid throughout the body. This type of massage helps to maintain proper blood circulation, fluid balance, and immune function within the body.

Deep Tissue - A technique that releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on contracted areas, either following or going across the grains of muscles, tendons and fascia.

Swedish - Manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, including skin, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Most often performed with oil. Techniques include stroking, vibrations, shaking, effleurage (light long strokes), petrissage (circular manipulation), tapotement (percussive techniques) and rocking.
LomiLomi - Ancient Hawaiian healing art utilizing finger, palm and elbow strokes. Kukui nut, macadamia nut and coconut oils are used as lubricants and nutritional moisturizers during the massage.

Thai - A combination of Yoga stretches, stimulation of the meridians – Acupressure points, muscle massage and Joint manipulation/stimulation.
**We are not accepting new Thai Massage patients. 

Ashiatsu - A unique style of massage therapy in which the therapist uses gravity and their bare feet as well as their hands to apply pressure. The practitioner uses overhead bars attached to the ceiling to balance and control the level of pressure and weight on the client’s body.  The combination of deep soothing strokes and compression techniques provides maximum relief to the client without the usual discomfort or pain commonly associated with deep tissue massage.

COVID-19 Mitigation Policies

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: All patients must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. If you have an appointment schedule before you have completed your vaccination routine, I kindly ask that you reschedule you appointment to a time after completing your Covid-19 vaccinations. Individuals are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their final vaccination. Please bring a copy (picture of card on phone is acceptable) of your vaccination card to present at your next appointment. I will have my vaccination card on hand as well. 

COVID-19 Protocols: Please be aware there will be additional measures implemented to decrease the spread of COVID-19. Mask are required. KN95 masks will be provided upon request. When arriving for your appointment, you will be asked to wash your hands before entering the office. Hand sanitizer will also be provided along with moisturizing hand lotion. Your temperature will be taken with a contactless thermometer along with oxygenation levels upon arrival. 

In addition, I will be disinfecting all surfaces within the office and bathroom between each appointment. To ensure optimal air flow and quality, a Hyper-HEPA Air purifier (IQAir HealthPro Plus) will continuously clean the office air 8x/hr, and two strategically placed fans will ensure continuous air flow. In addition, there is a UV sanitizer installed in the buildings HVAC system. Extra time is allowed between patients to ensure the room is aired out. 

I will be wearing a N95 and surgical face mask, eye protection, and apron which will be changed between each appointment. And as always, I will be washing my hands and using hand sanitizer between each appointment. 

As always, if you or someone in your household are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, even if you have received a negative covid test, we ask that you remain home and reschedule your appointment to a time when you and your household are feeling fully recovered. 

*If you or anyone in your household is experiencing cold or flu like symptoms please cancel your appointment and reschedule to when you and the entire household is well and recovered.

*If someone in your household has a Covid-19 positive test result (with or without symptoms) please reschedule your appointment to a time at least two weeks after the date of positive diagnosis; even if you have no symptoms and/or a negative test result.

*If you are considered a close contact of someone within or outside your household, who has recently been diagnosed with Covid-19, please reschedule your appointments to a time at least two weeks after the date of positive diagnosis of close contact.

*In order to comply with Washington State Massage Therapy Associations recommendations of Covid-19 diagnosis and massage therapy; Individuals diagnosed with Covid-19 will need to wait 3 months from date of diagnosis to receive massage treatments. 

*Following the CDC's recommendation on Covid-19 vaccinations, I have been fully vaccinated since February 2021 and received booster doses October 2021, October 2022.
